We hope you
love your Eyeneek purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns
and exchanges work:
Returns
If you wish
to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your
order by contacting our customer service team.
Once approved, you must return the product(s) within 14 days of your
cancellation notice, at your own cost.
Products must be returned in
the same condition as received — unworn, undamaged, and in their
original packaging.
You are legally obligated to take
reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession.
If the returned product is
damaged or shows signs of misuse, we reserve the right to deduct the
cost of deterioration (up to the full price of the product) from your
refund.
Exchanges
You may
request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

exchange.
Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged for
products of equal or higher value. Any

Eyeneek Sunglasses Warranty – Terms
& Conditions
Coverage
At Eyeneek,
we guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. We also warrant
that your sunglasses are free from manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Conditions
This
warranty is valid only when the product is purchased directly from Eyeneek or
an authorized Eyeneek retailer. The warranty will be void if the product has
been subjected to misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or improper
maintenance.
Proof of Purchase
To request
warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the
original order confirmation, invoice, or sales receipt.
Repair or Replacement
If your
product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Eyeneek will, at
its sole discretion, repair or replace the sunglasses with the same model or a
comparable alternative. The repaired or replaced item will be covered for the
remainder of the original warranty period or for an additional three (3) months
— whichever is longer.
Exclusions
This
warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by drops,
impacts, or accidents
Normal wear and tear, including
surface scratches or loose hinges
Frame discoloration or damage
caused by poor maintenance or exposure to harsh conditions (such as
saltwater or extreme heat)
Issues resulting from
unauthorized modifications or repairs
Fading or damage due to negligence
or misuse
Shipping and Handling
For warranty
claims, you are responsible for shipping the sunglasses to Eyeneek. We will
cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced item.
International Coverage
This
warranty is valid worldwide.
